No worries! We offer a 15-minute free consult to get you started. Or, start with a Vent session. It’s the most open-ended and gives you space to talk things through. Your Paratherapist can also help you figure out what kind of support feels right as you go. You can also book sessions back to back - so start Venting and move on to Problem Solving or Boosting your Confidence. Get the most out of each session!

Paratherapists have a Certification in Structured Emotional Support (C-SES). We often think of listening and offering support as something anyone can do, but doing it well, ethically, and in a way that actually helps someone stabilize or feel seen? That takes real skill.
C-SES provides a framework for empathy, emotional containment, strengths-based encouragement, and boundary management, all rooted in strong psychological principles and rigorous practice.
